Initial Situation

Ausbildung.de has already worked intensively on the possibilities of artificial intelligence. Individual teams experimented with AI tools, for example in marketing. However, there is a lack of a structured approach, clear responsibilities and a common understanding of the strategic use of AI at the outset. At the same time, management recognizes that a successful AI transformation can only be successful if the management level itself has well-founded competencies.

Our detailed approach


Maturity level analysis

At the beginning, we analyse the current state of AI use in the company together with the C-level team. In structured fitness checks, participants evaluate their knowledge, their experience with use cases and their competencies in areas such as governance, project management and the strategic use of AI.

Basics and practical user knowledge

In the first workshop, we teach the most important basics of large language models and modern AI tools. The participants learn how to use AI for word processing, research, image and video generation, and presentations and develop initial practical application ideas.

Development of specific AI use cases

In the next step, we will jointly identify and prioritize specific use cases for day-to-day management. This involves using AI specifically to support decision-making processes, analyses or operational tasks.

Implementation and individual coaching

The identified use cases are further developed and put into practice in coaching sessions. This includes, for example, the creation of custom GPTs or AI-supported decision assistants for topics such as budget planning, personnel decisions or strategic analyses.

Scaling into the organization

In the last step, the AI learning journey is extended to other areas of the company. New training modules, use case workshops and stakeholder training create a common knowledge base and enable sustainable AI transformation across the company.

Results

The path from individual AI experiments to an AI-first company

With the AI learning journey, Ausbildung.de is laying the foundation for a sustainable AI-first culture in the company. The focus is on building C-level AI competencies and developing the first concrete AI use cases for everyday work. At the same time, AI-based decision-making processes are being established and a common knowledge base for the use of artificial intelligence is being created. This creates the basis for a company-wide AI transformation, in which AI is not only understood but actively integrated into work processes.
